Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making Agent Unlocked usable and accessible for all learners.

Last updatedJune 1, 2026

Plain-English overview

  • Public transparency for learners and visitors.
  • Course access, account, billing, and platform terms in plain language.
  • Contact support if you need help applying a policy to your account.
  • Not a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney.

Commitment

Agent Unlocked is committed to providing a website and learning experience that is accessible to as many users as possible, including people with disabilities.

Accessibility is part of how we evaluate public pages, checkout, learner account access, course delivery, and downloadable learning materials. We want learners to be able to find information, create an account, buy or access a course, complete course activities, and contact support without unnecessary barriers.

Accessibility Standard

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as our primary technical reference and aim for WCAG 2.2 Level AA alignment where practical for public pages, checkout, account access, and core learner experiences. WCAG is organized around making web content perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.

Accessibility work is ongoing. Some content or features may not fully meet every WCAG expectation at all times, especially while the platform, courses, or third-party integrations are being updated.

Accessibility Practices

We aim to follow recognized accessibility practices, including clear heading structure, readable color contrast, keyboard-accessible interactions, descriptive text for important UI elements, and meaningful link labels. We also review new interface changes for accessibility impact as part of normal product updates.

Our accessibility practices include using semantic page structure, visible focus states, descriptive form labels, useful button and link text, text alternatives for meaningful images where practical, responsive layouts, readable spacing, and reduced reliance on color alone to communicate important information.

We also work to keep learner workflows usable with keyboard navigation and common assistive technologies, including screen readers, browser zoom, and operating-system accessibility settings.

Known Limitations

Some parts of the platform, embedded services, older content, or downloadable materials may not yet fully meet every accessibility expectation. We treat reported accessibility barriers as high-priority defects and will work on reasonable corrections or alternate access paths.

Potential limitations may include third-party checkout or embedded tools, older downloadable files, automatically generated course assets, complex interactive exercises, video or audio materials that are still being improved, and user-provided content that was not created by Agent Unlocked.

Third-Party Content

Agent Unlocked may link to or integrate third-party services, including payment processors, authentication providers, video or media services, analytics tools, advertising platforms, and external resources. We do not control every third-party accessibility feature, but we consider accessibility when choosing and reviewing important providers.

Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility issue, please contact us with the page URL, a description of the problem, the device or browser you used, and any assistive technology involved if you are comfortable sharing it. Existing learners should include the account email tied to the course so we can investigate access issues faster.

You can contact us through the Contact page or by emailing hello@agentunlocked.com with the subject line "Accessibility". Please include enough detail for us to reproduce or understand the issue, such as the page, course, lesson, file, form, button, or workflow involved.

Response Process

We review accessibility feedback and prioritize barriers that affect account creation, checkout, course access, course completion, support requests, or access to purchased materials. When a full fix requires more time, we will work on a reasonable alternate access path where practical.

Ongoing Review

We review accessibility as the site changes and as new courses, tools, and materials are added. This statement may be updated as our platform, standards, testing practices, or known limitations change.
