Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Agent Unlocked, creating an account, enrolling in a course, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the website, learner dashboard, checkout, or course materials.
Related Policies
These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimer, and any course-specific purchase terms shown before checkout. If a course page or checkout screen includes terms that are more specific than these Terms, those specific terms control for that offer.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account, enroll, or purchase a course. By using Agent Unlocked, you confirm that you can enter a binding agreement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your email address current, and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Course access is tied to the learner account used at checkout and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used by multiple people unless we approve that arrangement in writing.
Purchases and Course Access
Paid courses are offered as one-time purchases unless a course page or checkout screen states otherwise. Paid orders are processed through secure Stripe Checkout. Course access is added to your learner dashboard after payment is confirmed and enrollment is fulfilled. Free courses, when available, may enroll immediately. Prices, availability, included materials, and course status may change before purchase.
If payment succeeds but course access does not appear in your dashboard after a reasonable processing period, contact us with the account email, course name, and checkout details so we can investigate.
Course access means access through your Agent Unlocked learner account while the course remains available on the platform and your account remains in good standing. Unless an offer says otherwise, course purchases do not include ownership of the underlying course files, resale rights, instructor services, coaching, licensing support, or guaranteed future updates. We may correct pricing or availability errors, decline orders, remove duplicate enrollments, or withhold access for suspected fraud, payment failure, chargeback abuse, or misuse.
Taxes, processor fees, card network timing, currency conversion, and bank processing delays may affect the final payment experience. Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices when they process a transaction.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. Unless a specific offer says otherwise, requests must be submitted within the stated refund window and are reviewed based on course access, usage, and the circumstances of the purchase. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible, and refunded course access may be removed.
License and Use Restrictions
Course content is licensed for your personal learning use only unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly post, train an outside system on, or republish protected materials without written permission. You may not interfere with the platform, bypass access controls, scrape private content, or use the site in a way that disrupts other learners.
Agent Unlocked and its course materials, text, videos, audio, templates, downloads, worksheets, designs, trademarks, and platform features are owned by Agent Unlocked or its licensors. No rights are transferred to you except the limited personal-use license described in these Terms.
Learner Submissions and Feedback
You may submit information through support requests, course activities, workbook fields, forms, surveys, testimonials, or other platform features. You keep ownership of content you submit, but you grant Agent Unlocked permission to host, process, display, store, and use that content as needed to provide the platform, support your account, improve courses, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.
If you send ideas, suggestions, comments, reviews, or other feedback, you allow us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation. We may remove or decline to publish submissions that are unlawful, misleading, promotional, abusive, infringing, privacy-invasive, or otherwise inappropriate.
Educational Content and Results
Agent Unlocked provides educational content for general learning purposes. The platform does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, brokerage, compliance, licensing, or other professional advice. You are responsible for applying course material to your own circumstances and for checking applicable rules with qualified professionals, your broker, association, regulator, or other appropriate authority.
We do not guarantee leads, appointments, clients, closings, commissions, income, business growth, licensing results, exam results, career outcomes, or any specific result from using the platform. Examples, case studies, scenarios, templates, benchmarks, and testimonials are illustrative and may not reflect typical results.
Third-Party Services
The platform may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, email, video, storage, security, and support. We are not responsible for third-party websites, tools, services, content, outages, or policies, even when they are linked from or integrated with Agent Unlocked.
Platform Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform, including content, features, pricing, and availability. We aim to avoid unnecessary disruption to purchased course access, but maintenance, technical issues, provider outages, or content updates may temporarily affect access.
Support
Support is available through the Contact page. Include the email tied to your learner account, the course or page involved, and a clear description of the issue so we can route the request efficiently.
Termination
We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, account sharing, unauthorized copying, or other misuse of the platform.
If access is terminated, the provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply, including ownership, license restrictions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and payment or refund provisions.
Disclaimers
Agent Unlocked is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, accuracy, and reliability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agent Unlocked and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from or related to your use of the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the platform or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Agent Unlocked for the course or service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the claim arose, or $100 if no paid purchase is involved.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Agent Unlocked and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, service providers, and licensors from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, violation of law, infringement of another person's rights, or content you submit.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, you agree that courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the platform. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the platform, courses, checkout, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date will show when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of Agent Unlocked after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
