Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, account details, support messages, course selections, and checkout-related information. We also collect learning activity, course progress, enrollment records, device and browser details, log data, and technical usage information needed to operate the site and learner dashboard.
Paid checkout is processed through Stripe or another payment provider. We do not intentionally store full credit card numbers on Agent Unlocked servers. We may receive payment status, transaction identifiers, purchased course details, and billing-related metadata needed to confirm access, support purchases, and maintain records.
Depending on how you use the platform, we may also collect form responses, workbook entries, survey answers, testimonial or review submissions, marketing preferences, cookie identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from technical data, device type, browser type, referring pages, advertising identifiers, campaign source details, and interactions with ads, emails, pages, checkout, course content, and support tools.
Sources of Information
We collect information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from activity within your learner account, and from service providers that help us operate the platform, including authentication, payment, hosting, analytics, email, database, security, and support providers. If we run advertising campaigns, we may also receive limited information from advertising platforms, such as campaign, audience, referral, and conversion measurement data.
How We Use Information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide course access, process purchases, fulfill enrollments, track learner progress, respond to support requests, send service updates, improve course and platform quality, detect misuse, and maintain business records.
We may also use information to personalize learner experiences, troubleshoot errors, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms of Use, analyze course and website performance, comply with legal obligations, preserve tax and transaction records, and send operational or marketing messages where permitted by law. We may use advertising and analytics information to measure campaign performance, understand which pages or offers are useful, build or refine advertising audiences, limit repetitive ads, and show more relevant Agent Unlocked ads on other websites or platforms. You may opt out of non-essential marketing emails using the unsubscribe instructions in those messages.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us run the platform, including hosting, authentication, analytics, email, payment processing, database, security, and customer support providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

We do not sell personal information for money. If we use ad pixels, conversion APIs, retargeting tools, lookalike audience tools, or similar advertising technologies, we may disclose identifiers, internet or network activity, commercial information, and approximate location to advertising or analytics partners. Some U.S. state privacy laws may define this activity as a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising, even when no money is exchanged.

Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider. Payment providers may collect payment card details, billing information, fraud signals, and transaction data under their own terms and privacy policies. We receive limited payment and order information needed to confirm purchases, fulfill enrollments, handle refunds, resolve disputes, and maintain financial records.
Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the platform, maintain accounts and course records, complete transactions, provide support, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the reason we keep it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. No system is completely secure, but we work to reduce risk and respond quickly to potential incidents.
Your Choices
You may request updates, access, or deletion of account information where permitted by applicable law and subject to legal, security, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, and operational retention requirements. Some information may be required to keep your account active or preserve course purchase records.
You may also close your account, update certain account details, manage browser cookies, and unsubscribe from non-essential marketing emails. Some service messages, such as purchase confirmations, security notices, account notices, and course-access updates, may still be sent when needed.
Children
Agent Unlocked is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
